Food for body and soul

Veni, vidi, collegi!

We welcome you every Saturday from 9:00 to 16:00 in the Humus Garden in Petrinzel to collect your own ideas.

Listen to the silence, fill your soul with the aromas and colours of nature. Delight in a wide variety of vegetables, herbs and fruits grown in harmony and cooperation with nature. The plants in the humus gardens grow for you too. We sow and plant them with love so that you can eat healthy and with the taste you know from your grandmother. They are old, traditional varieties that are worth preserving for future generations because they are adaptable to climate change and have high nutritional value.

Pick what you like, choose from a variety of salads and tomatoes in different colours and shapes. Choose herbs for your tea. And children can discover with curiosity and wonder how white, yellow, orange, red and even purple carrots grow, pick their own fruit for Sunday cake. Feel the season, see what nature has to offer, invent new recipes with the regional plants of the season.

A basket is provided which you can fill with garden delicacies for 50 RON. For 30 RON per person we offer (children free) a tasting tour of the herbs, vegetables and fruits in the botanical garden, so you can immediately enjoy the freshly discovered and picked delicacies. We'll also visit the Saanen goats while enjoying a freshly brewed latte. Learn more about holistic organic farming and cheese making.

We look forward to your visit!
