Every Saturday between 9:00 and 16:00 we welcome you to the Humus Garden in Petrinzel for self-picking.

Listen to the silence, fill your soul with the scents and colours of nature. Delight in a wide variety of vegetables, herbs and fruits grown in harmony and cooperation with nature. The plants in the hummus gardens are also grown for you. We have sown and planted them with love, so that you can eat healthily with the taste you know from your grandmother. They are old, traditional varieties that are worth preserving for future generations because they are adaptable to climate change and have high nutritional value.

Choose what you like, from a variety of lettuces, tomatoes, etc. in different colours and shapes. Choose herbs for tea. And the children can explore and admire with curiosity how white, yellow, orange, red and even purple carrots grow, picking their own fruit for Sunday cake. Feel the season, see what nature is giving us now, invent new recipes with the season's regional plants.

We provide a basket that you can fill with goodies from the garden for RON 50. For 30 RON per person (free for children), we offer tastings of herbs, vegetables and fruits from the botanical garden, so you can enjoy the freshly discovered and harvested delicacies right away.
